Itinerary

Day 1 Nairobi - Amboseli

We pick you up from your respective hotel or airport in Nairobi early morning and proceed to Amboseli National Park arriving in time for lunch check and relaxation. Proceed for afternoon game drives at Amboseli National Park with the famous Mt. Kilimanjaro in the background which is the highest mountain in Africa with its beautiful snow caps. Thereafter return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay at the camp or lodge.

Day 2 Full day Amboseli National Park

After breakfast, set off for a full-day exploration of Amboseli National Park which offers great wildlife viewing and four of the big five are present. Rhinos are absent, but big herds of elephants reliably move to and from the marshy swamps in the center of the park. Buffalo, wildebeest, Burchell’s zebra, and gazelle are all very common. Amongst the big cats, lions are the easiest to spot but sightings are hit-and-miss chances and more than 420 species of birds with an optional tour to a maasai village to experience their traditional way of life.

Day 3 Amboseli Lake Naivasha

Early breakfast and check out. Drive towards the shores of Lake Naivasha via THE GREAT RIFT VALLEY to your respective lodge arriving in time for lunch and check in. Later in the afternoon set off to the shores of Lake Naivasha and enjoy boat rides with views of the hippos basking under the sun in the water and famous bird species surrounding the shores of the Lake. We also get to visit Crescent Island where you will get to enjoy walking safaris at the island and seeing animals at close range such as the Masai Giraffes, waterbucks, wildebeest, Burchell’s zebra, and gazelles with the help of your guide

Day 4 Lake Naivasha To Lake Nakuru National Park

Early breakfast at the lodge and check out. Enjoy morning views of Lake Naivasha and the surrounding vicinity of the lodge dominated by the Masai Giraffes, Waterbucks, and zebras. Drive to Lake Nakuru National Park which takes about 2 hours arriving in time for lunch and check-in. Later in the afternoon enjoy game drives across Pink Lake often referred to due to its Great masses of Flamingos not forgetting the famous white Rhino and black rhino found in this park. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay

Day 5 Lake Nakuru To Masai Mara National Reserve

Early breakfast and check out. Set off with the roof wide open enjoying game drives en-route exit with famous Rothschild giraffes, hippos, and the baboons that dominate the park with also a varied amount of bird species. Set off for the great Masai Mara National Reserve arriving at the camp/lodge for lunch and check-in. After lunch and relaxation proceed for an evening game drive until the African sunset in the Masai Mara National Reserve where you get to see various wide-open grass plains and, scattered acacia bushes that are host to a wide variety of wildlife of the big five such as lions, leopards, cheetahs, hyenas, buffaloes, giraffes, elephants, the endangered black rhino and wildebeests. Return to the lodge/ camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6Masai Mara National Reserve Game Drives

Early breakfast at the camp or lodge. After breakfast guests will enjoy a full day in the Masai Mara National Reserve in search of the big five of Africa under the open roof of a tour vehicle with a packed lunch that will be served as a picnic lunch in the wild Savannah prairie. The Big Five of Africa are the African Elephant, the lion, the rhino, the Buffalo, and the leopard and a variety of bird species of more than 200 species and herbivores such as zebras, wildebeest in great numbers en route to the Great Mara River where the 8th wonder of the world happens every year from July to August called The Great Wildebeest Migration. You will view this amazing wildlife whilst on the full-day game drive from the open rooftop of the vehicle for great views and photography.

Day 7 Masai Mara National Reserve To Tanzania Silari To Lake Victora

Early breakfast and check out. Enjoy a sunrise game drive On route exit of the Masai Mara National Reserve where you get a chance to enjoy views of wildlife from the open rooftop of the vehicle with a sunrise on the horizon of the Great Plains of Masai Mara National Reserve. During morning hours if lucky can come across predators such as lions enjoying a live hunt of prey on a hit-and-miss chance to Tanzania via the Silari border and driving to Lake Victoria for overnight at Speak Bay Lodge

Day 8 Lake Victoria Culture Tour

After breakfast, you will start walking safari to the Sukuma tribe village. visiting witch doctor found near Lake Victoria after lunch will do an evening Boat Tour to Lake Victoria and overnight at Speak Bay Lodge

Day 9 Lake Victoria to Serengeti National Park

Depart to Serengeti National Park after breakfast, then arrive at the lodge for lunch. After some time to relax and enjoy the lodge’s facilities, you have an afternoon game drive. Return to the Tanzania bush camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 10Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, you have a morning and afternoon game drive in the Serengeti National Park with meals and overnight at Tanzania bush camp.

Day 11 Serengeti National Park – Ngorongoro Crater

A highlight awaits you this morning as you depart to explore what is commonly referred to as the World’s Largest Wildlife Zoo. After breakfast, you descend with picnic lunch through the early morning mists and 2000 feet into the Crater. Ngorongoro Crater is the largest intact volcanic caldera. Due to its size and diversity, the Crater floor is comprised of several distinct areas, ranging from forests, Swamps, Lakes, and springs, to open Grassland and some sandy dunes. It’s an awesome wildlife experience. A picnic lunch is several overlooking a small Lake populated with Hippos. Return to Rhino Lodge in the late afternoon for dinner and overnight

Day 12 Ngorongoro – Tarangire National Park

Departing Ngorongoro after breakfast, and head southeast en route to Lake Manyara, Mto wa mbu village, and Tarangire beyond. Through the highlands and Karatu district, you will view banana plantations and rice fields, here before journeying down the spectacular escarpment where you turn south on the main Arusha to Dodoma road and into the park for a game drive and picnic lunch. Later return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 13Tarangire National Park – Arusha

Departing Tarangire after breakfast and drive back to Arusha, then proceed to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your flight back home.
